STEPS TO DEVELOPING STRATEGIC PLAN IN HANDLING BUSINESS RECORDS IN ORGANIZATION

ABSTRACT
This paper will briefly discuss on steps to developing strategic plans that are needs to be implemented in handling business record in organization for developing a best practices in profitable organization. This paper will highlight a few ways best practices for an organization to practice in manage record in organization as the need of step is as the organization to understand the life cycle concept of records itself due to  life cycle concept involves an analogy between the lives of a biological of a record-keeping itself.  After all, the need to deeper looks at practical application and implementation of and standards in records management field for example ISO 15489. Nevertheless, as the need for organization to understanding the concepts and frameworks in manage records in any form regardless medium. lastly, organization must critical examine on previous reports of innovative projects or opinion, case study, fostering debate based on critical reviews of the literature and the evidence-based for record professional practice in order to managing record in efficient way.
